Return & Refund Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Unusable Items

If your order arrives damaged or unusable (e.g., leaking product, torn packaging, compromised seals), we will offer a refund or replacement.

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 20 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging

Note: Claims without photographic evidence cannot be processed

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 20 business days).

In some cases, we may require the customer to return the product or a portion of the product for inspection, quality review. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We will assist with carrier investigations when possible but are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

4. Product Handling

Our products are made with real, natural ingredients and may be sensitive to heat, cold, or handling. We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, including:

  • Improper storage or handling

Natural variations in color, texture, or appearance do not constitute defects.
